Gas trouble in pregnancy

How to avoid gas trouble in pregnancy especially at night? Any specific diet? I am 32weeks pregnant facing gas issue. I have severe pain in the Lower abdomen at morning my gynae suggested pain killer, also took isapghol husk in seven up. Now feeling fine should I go for ultrasound or not? Movement is also fine

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Eat foods low in spices and oil, walk for 5-10mins after meals, eat more fruits and vegetables. You can take syrup Gaviscon one tbsp after meals.

If you feel there was any discharge with pain or anything like trauma to cause pain then it's better to be safe and get an ultrasound. Otherwise no.
