Headache and other problems

I have various health issues like Migraine, nausea, weight loss, brown spots on skin due to some medicine reaction. My head hurts with different intensities every day. I am currently doing a job and it gets really difficult for me to cope up. My sugar, eyesight and BP are all normal. So, why is it happening? The doctor has asked me not to take any other medication accept or Panadol. What should I do for this headache? What is the cause and treatment?

Dear Patient,

Your main problem appears to be stress. Either switch to a low-intensity job or find ways to manage stress like yoga, meditation, breathing exercises. Have lots of water and eat healthy fresh fruits and veggies. Spend some time in nature or in the park as there is a high concentration of oxygen there that can help you feel fresh. For general headaches, we do recommend two tablets panadol as needed. You can also rub tiger balm or any pain relieving gel on the areas that hurt. Sleeping well for 6-8 hrs at night also helps. Consider regular exercises. We hope you feel better.
