Hair Fall Problem

I have good quality hair but from few months the hair from the hairline starts decreasing and disappearing at all. Now i have much bigger hair line. I know there is no way to get those hair back. But what should I do to stop this hairfall and not loose more hair. I know about DHT factor for hair fall. My diet is not good as i live in hostel. I just need to know if there is something that can stop hair fall and make my hair strong and healthy. Any diet or anything else.?
