Head size of baby

I need your urgent suggestions regarding increasing the head size of my 5 months old son, it was 43cm as measured in a circle before a month but now its 45cm. And also there is swelling right above the bone connection of the forehead. Please suggest us the right doctor for a checkup, or Is it Normal?
