Head Spining

Hello respected docs. I am having a vertigo like feeling since morning. Last night when I was sleeping I removed pillow from my head as I felt its too high. I am not sure if that is a reason but after that I started feeling dizzy after some time and my head has been spinning all day. now due to continuous spiining and off balance feeling, I am feeling nauseous. What should I do? thanks
