Headache

I have had a slight headache for the past week that goes and comes randomly. I haven't had a headache in my life that has lasted for more than an hour or so. That is why I'm concerned. It is kind of in the back of my head and sometimes it is on the top of my head. What should I do and what could have caused it?

Sometimes stress can cause a headache. If there is no nausea, dizziness, the rise of blood pressure, etc with it then just manage it with 2 tablet Panadol as needed. You can even get your eyesight tested to make sure that that's not the problem.
