Headache in pregnancy

Before two months I got married and my last period date was 16 July I missed my period and did strip test result was positive. I repeat it and the same positive result. I'm facing all pregnancy symptoms like vomiting bad breath tiredness and headache too. I can't visit a doctor for 15 to 20 days My query is, Is it normal to have a headache? I'm taking folic acid once in a day is it ok? Can I take panadol when I feel a headache? Can I take CAC 1000+ once in a day?

Dear Patient,

Congratulations. Yes, you can take folic acid once a day and CAC 1000 once a day. If you get s a headache it's better to do home remedies. As for panadol, if you get migraine or headache is intolerable then go for it. For headache try to get complete sleep, don't be empty stomach, monitor your BP once every few days.
