Headache Problem

Assalam o Alaikum. I just need suggestion nothing else... Since 9 Nov I have a problem of a headache but I don't notice anything on Tuesday I go to Dr and Dr said that my BP is 150 /100 he suggest me bilndl tab. I take this tab my now my BP is 140 /95 and 140 /90. So, I should continue the tab or I am the patient of high bp... Pls Dr reply and suggest me what can I do. Thanks

What is a bilndl tablet? Is it for a headache or bp? I'm not aware of any medicine with this name.
For your regularly high bp, kindly reduce salt intake in your food, take fresh fruits, vegetables and increase your water intake. Walk regularly for 15-20 mins daily. Kindly, show a medical specialist for medicines for high bp.
