Headache Problem

I changed my job to a chemical industry (can not state the name) in Faisalabad. My job doesn't require me to be near chemicals. But I think the air has too much chemical particles. This gives me a headache almost everyday and sometimes watery eyes too. I was hoping you can tell me a way (preferably natural) to get rid of these conditions.
