Headache Problem

I am male 27 years old. Having a steady job and no worries at all. But for over three months I am having headaches at the end of the day. I feel gassy and burps a lot after meal especially dinner. My doctor is saying i am healthy physical and it's all in my mind. But I have no stress & tension whatsoever. What should I do?
