Health is going down

My daughter is 7 plus...she was MashaAllah healthy till 4 or 5 years..Now her health is getting down day by day..her complexion is getting dull. She is not as happy child as she used to be..apparently she don't have any health problem..how could I figure out what's wrong with her...kindly any doctor help me what to do

Dear Patient,

You could give her syrup lederplex 1 tsp twice a day. It seems like something is bothering her- could be the pressure of studies/school, a sibling or family members relationship with her or each other, or some kind of attack by a bully or someone. Any trusted parent can sit with her and try talking gently. If it doesn't help you can visit a good counselor/psychologist who may give some insight and tips to help you all navigate through this. A child shouldnt look and be dull and a personality change should always be addressed. Good luck
