Hemorrhoids issues

I had a history of constipation from 3 to 4 years but never took it seriously. It caused hemorrhoids which I thought would reside after some time. Now they have grown and causing extreme pain and itching. Upon scratching a liquid comes which makes black scaly patches. There is no bleeding but itching is so severe that I have to wake up from sleep. Now I've resolved constipation problem by eating regularly. But inflammation is still there. What should be done?

Dear Patient,

Hemorrhoids dont go away on their own after a certain point. Its good you make sure you dont get constipated. But you will need to show this to a general surgeon who can assess and treat this with minimal consequences. Meanwhile, apply xylocaine jelly for temporary relief.
