High fever

Asked for Female, 41 years

Suffering from fever from last 10 days. Spikes usually at evening time. Dark-colored urine, body ache, irritate bowl. Took Cipro 500mg for 3 days bd along with pain killer a week ago. Has got some labs, still, I'm not feeling well. Plz, help me what's the problem.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you take the Cipro for food poisoning? If you were thinking to treat some enteric infection then this is underdosing and has a risk of developing resistance to treatment.
I would recommend to kindly show a doctor, you have an infection and it needs to be diagnosed and treated. Also you can resend your query with blood and urine reports
I would recommend increasing your water intake so that you can see if the darkness is due to dehydration or any other cause.
