High Fever

Viral fever can be high in the first two days. If its been five days and its still high it may be changing to bacterial and cbc should be done.its best to consult a specialist before running tests on a small child.
Give her a bath and keep her in a diaper and no clothes, avoid direct ac/fan on her but the room can be cool so her fever comes down. If unable to reach a child specialist take her to nearest hospital in case of constant 104 fever, vomits, fast breathing, diarrhea or child refusing to feed or appearing drowsy.
