Does Diane 35 can lead to mood swings? Does it cause hormonal changes which can lead to unusual or out of nowhere crying and sadness? I sometimes I miss the tablet so does missing tablet makes hormones go crazy?

Hormonal changes with or without tablet can cause mood changes. But uncontrollable or extreme mood changes must be regulated with self awareness, medication and treatment.
For your pills take them at the same time daily and do not miss dose. Put reminders and make sure to not miss a dose.
