How to be active

My job often requires me to work 24 to 48 hours within week with physically involved and more attentive to higher responsibilities. I take black coffee and energy drinks. Are there any better options to keep one-self active for such long hours when required?

Things that can help are: Taking 15-20 min breaks to walk n stretch, eating foods rich in caffeine like chocolates and apples, taking 10min power naps; practicing meditation and breathing exercises in your free time and doing these for five mins in between work to de-stress.
