Hyperthyroidism

Asked for Female, 32 years

My wife has a history of hyperthyroidism and the doctor advised us Neomercazole for it. Soon TSH and FT4 level came on normal level with in a year and doctor reduced the dosage according to her disease progress. Last year he suggested us to continue for a few months and then leave it afterwards. Now we are on a vacation in Karachi and we thought to recheck it again. TSH and FT4 levels are not normal. And her doctor is not available at the moment. Can any endocrinologist help me out?
