Inflammation in my mouth

I gave walnuts to my son after 2 days he is having inflammation and mouth blisters his tongue is complete white since last 5 days he is unable to eat and drink. Also he is unable to take feed we went to the dr. he prescribed 'nilstat' half droper 3 times a day which and giving Problem is still he hasn't recovered he is restless day and night cries alot , his weight is reduced due to not having anything at all what can i do more so that he can eat and drink

Dear Patient,

Your child seems to have thrush. Its a painful condition and will go away itself. No matter what you feed your child make sure to wash it well with drinking water.

The one thing I have found helpful for such patients is rubbing yogurt on the inside of their mouth so they can take it in slowly. Foods like sagoodana or fruit shakes can be given this way or with a sterile dropper.
