Injection Bump

Can someone rightly counsel? I got a dyclo injection almost one month back. A subcutaneous (below the skin) hard swelling has developed in that region with vague pain at a time at slightly tender to touch. Plz, tell me how will it resolve. I will be thankful.

Ni need to worry. Just ice the area in circles with firm but gentle pressure and dry the skin and apply iodex in circles for 2-5mins for 2-3times a day. This will help this bump settle down in a week iA.
