Insect bite wound

42 years /Female This wound is due to some insect bite along with swelling that increase in the afternoon as compare to morning .high temperature of that area. Itching symptoms too. No medical history

Please attach a photo of this. Apply mycitracin ointment to the wound, 2-3times a day. Take antiallergy like Telfast 120mg at night for 5days. Take Capsule celebrex 100mg twice a day for 5days. Take cap risek 20mg twice a day before meals if you experience any acidity.
