insominia problem

i feel headache due to improper sleep. i could not do anything proprly due to insominia. kindly just some medicine for sleep so that i could do my work properly.

Dear Patient,

For a headache, you can take two tablets panadol.
To induce sleep avoid caffeine, light stimulation, usage of phone and laptops 2-3hours before bed.
Unfortunately given the high rate of misuse of sleeping pills, they are no longer sold without a written prescription. Kindly see your GP for a prescription.
