Irregular shape of Knee

I had an accident a month ago and got hit on the knee. At first I was fine later a frequent pain started whenever I used to sit somewhere. I feel no problem in walking or bending normally but, my knee looks like an edge came outside. No problem in walking or bending normally. Knee looks like an edge came outside. Any exercise for this?

Seems like a ligament may be torn or a cyst may have developed to cause deformity and pain. I would recommend you to meet an orthopedic who would examine you in clinic n see if you need an Xray and then advise you accordingly.
