However, it could be very likely that you may have dengue and have tested earlier. You should repeat CBC daily, if your platelets fall below 50k or you experience bruising or bleeding from anywhere in your body, please rush to the ER.
Meanwhile, hydrate a lot, drink plenty of fluids. Bathe/ice sponging is to be done to reduce fever. Take 2 panadols every 6hrs as needed for fever. If you feel weak or unwell please go to the nearest hospital.
