Is it periods?

My hubby is taking treatment for conceiving. My reports are normal Allhamdullah! This month a few days back I started some nausea at night this happens for 2 days only after that I started feeling something pinning in my belly while moving but today 25th of the cycle I got little brown spot! (Usually, my cycle lasts 28 days) can any dr guide me either it’s a sign of pregnancy or I am about to have periods?

You will have to do a urine home pregnancy test right now or a blood test if your periods are 10days late. So early on in your cycle, it's likely to be periods.
