Itchiness after meal

After few minutes of meal which i eat,no matter what i eat.. i get really itchy, mainly around my arms and legs and on chest.. sometimes my back, and then i get these weird bumps. Sometime chest become red like hot fleshes. Some time it never happen for few weeks, then it came back. What is it ?

Dear Patient,

Try to identify food triggers, you might be developing a food allergy. Start with egg, stop it for three days and see if you are better. Then stop milk, then bread, etc. Once you stop a new food you can start the one before it if leaving it didnt make you better.
Take tablet telfast 120mg for 3-5 days when allergies are triggered.
Also do a CBC and share photos of reports. If this doesnt help then see a medical specialist
