Itching under the neck

Baby boy age 18 months My baby is scratching his under the neck area almost all the time, I removed all the tags from shirts n giving bath almost daily moisturizing, etc but in vain... What can be the reason? Secondly, I have noticed some little pimples on his back today.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. It could be that his soap or detergent for clothes is too harsh for his skin/not suiting him. Use lotions and soaps with minimal fragrance like physiogel or cetaphil etc.
Give him 1tsp syp rigix at night for few days and this should resolve iA
