Joint Pain

Asked for Male, 33 years

I'm 28 and Suffering from severe leg and knee joints pain since last one month. Sometime right leg hurts more than the left one. My job demands me to stand for at least 8 hours daily. No medical history is available. I've been taking following medicine since last two weeks. Tablet Gencox(60mg-1) Comin (500mg-1+1) injection D4u 1 But got no recovery. CBC is OK also.

Kindly discontinue all treatment. If the iron, b12 and strong NSAIDs haven't worked its best to see an orthopedic and consider getting an Xray before getting further treatment.
