Kid not walking

My daughter is 16 months old she is not walking yet, in fact, she stands on her toes ..is this something to worry about ? should I consult any doctor?

Some kids walk late. You can consult with a child specialist to rule out any muscular weakness. You may massage her feet regularly and consider using a walker to help her walk sooner perhaps. Some kids take longer to walk.
