Leg pain at night

I have leg pain at night when I go to bed. Sometimes it involves cramps but mostly just achy muscles. I get some relief if I change my position but it usually comes back after a while. As soon as I get up in the morning my legs are fine and I'm able to do whatever I want without pain. The pain at night keeps me awake and when I do sleep it is for short intervals. What is it?

What kind of job do you do? How much water intake do u have per day? Do u work in the sun/heat a lot? Do u exercise a lot? Do u consume any social drug or alcohol? If yes, how much?
An average male of your age should have at least 12-16 glasses of water, a serving of fruit and vegetables daily with 20-30 mins brisk walk for at least 3days/week. If you are working in heat/going to the gym, you need to further increase this. Consume Cac-1000 1 tablet/day for 3weeks and see if this helps you. Otherwise, consult a specialist.
