I have one query My kid 3 years old always complain about legs/foot pain while sleeping or in the middle of the night, I want to know the reason. Any calcium supplement or Adol or diet change as he is a fussy eater

Dear Patient,

Its probably due to low vitamin D or low Hb that kids feeling aches and feel easily tired respectively. My advise would be to test them both so treatment can be accordingly. However if you are reluctant or cant afford then kindly start giving him 1 drop Dmax daily(can be given longterm) and 5ml of syrup maltofer(for six weeks only).
