Less flow in Periods

What is the reason behind less blood flow during periods , I'm 31 having two kids , I have 30 days cycle but periods last only for 3 days . Thanks in advance!

The avg of seven days is just an average acc to science. Our bodies and blood chemistry vary from person to person. Some women bleed for 3-4 days, some for 10 or more days. Some have heavy flow, some only spot, some have fresh bleed some have clots. It is all normal. The only thing that matters is that you are fertile and your general wellbeing is good.
