Less Sleep

My total sleep time is not more than 3-4 hours in 24 hours ... I always avoid to take any tranqulizer... Please suggest something.

Dear Patient,

Kindly practice meditation and breathing exercises. These help calm and relax the mind and body before bed. Indulge in ample physical activity like exercise and mental like studies, games, works that can exhaust the mind. Avoid screens 2hrs before bed, stay in a dimly lit room. Drink chamomile tea before bed. Avoid caffeine six hours before bed. Go to bed at the same time every day. Have a warm cup of milk before bed. If these don't help, meet with a medical specialist for analysis of the issue and its solution.
