Losing weight

I want to discuss about my husband's health. He is losing weight from about 3 or 4 months. His height is 5'11 and weight was 82 kg 4 months back which has now reduced to 71 kg. Plus he has some stomach issues, sometimes heaviness and burning pain. He also had black stool for some days. He got cbc his hb was 10.6. Blood sugar was 94 in fasting. Please refer to some dr and guide what to do. Thanks in advance

Dear Patient,

His weight change is alarming. Hb is low and black stools indicate that bleeding is happening in his intestines to cause this. Does he drink/smoke? Whats his diet like? Does he have normal stool(number/consistency) or watery/constipated? Include more fiber and 16-18 glasses water in his diet.
