Losing weight

I'm 20 years old. It all started about a month and a half ago. I've been losing weight, my hair falls out (but no bald spots), I feel very weak, fatigued, light headed, and just horrible. My usual weight is 105. I'm down to 95. I've been smoking a little over a year. I eat the same way I always have, and I've even started drinking protein drinks to help gain weight. Help please.

Kindly check your TSH and free T4 tests and either send us a photo of the reports or follow up with medical specialist.
This could be due to thyroid problems or due to smoking or other issues. I would recommend you to think about reducing your smokes and eating healthier foods. Avoid junk and fast foods. Walk daily for 20mins, have around 14glasses of water/dy. eat ample dairy, fruits and vegetables. Kindly take this seriously and do not neglect your health.
