Lump under throat

I have a very small pea sized lump under the skin near my throat. It has been there from birth, no pain or growth observed. It feels hard to touch and it is a little movable with fingers. I have searched many sites, but failed to diagnose what this lump may be

Can you please attach a photo of this lump so that we may assess it.
Usually, the cartilages in our neck can be touched, are hard and move with swallowing.
There may also be a lymph node or a branchial cleft cyst which may be left behind from the life inside the uterus and is not anything significant, doesn't need any treatment and can be left alone
