Asked for Female, 28 years

I ate rice today. They were made yesterday noon .now I'm feeling metallic taste in my mouth. I'm worried it is bad taste And I also have history of tinnitus for 10 days I feel buzzing sounds in left ear and sometimes like I feel a sound like something is moving in my ear. I'm taking anti-allergic drug loratadine and 1month back I have had pharyngitis for that I took augmentin and ibuprofen and azithromycin for otitis media that appear 20 days after pharyngitis (dr. said that it is otitis media)

Thanks for the detailed history. What is your concern now? The metallic taste in mouth can be due to antibiotics use however you are only taking antiallergy at the moment which shouldn't cause this. If the rice wasn't slimy, smelly or stale then even if it was a day old it should be ok. Notice if you feel any stomache, nausea, diarrhea etc. If so then this is alarming and you need to consult a doctor. You should hydrate well, this will help the taste go away.
