I am 7 months pregnant. I am having severe constipation. My Dr once gave me Duphalac syrup for constipation but I was supposed to take it at night after food so my question is since I am feeling pain can I take that setup now in the day time?

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear that. It's best to take the syrup at night only. If you feel like you want to take something in daytime try ispaghol husk in warm milk and honey- 1tsp of each in 1/4cup warm milk. Increase fiber and water intake in your food.
