Medication Problem

Please tell me in pregnancy what's the right time to eat iberet folic and osnate D tablets in a day. Should we take both medicine on an empty stomch or with a meal??

Dear Patient,

No. Iron and folate can be taken on an empty stomach and do not take them with milk. Osnate D should be taken atleast four hrs after. They interfere with each others absorption and hence cant is taken together.
If you experience black stools- its normal when taking iron tablets
