My toddler aged 18 months took fits medicine accidently. I have no idea whether he took it or not as bottle was empty and I find some on floor not sure how much he took... I find nothing in his vomit ... He seems fine Allahmudillah Mashallah ... should I worry or not?

Dear Patient,

Kindly monitor him for 24-48hrs. Check for signs of vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, fever or anything strange. Give him lots of water and give light foods like sagoodana, oats, yogurt n khichri.
If he seems okay then you have nothing to worry about. If not then you take him to the ER immediately.
