Aoa my son is 1 1/2 year old and he was passing loose motion for 15 days in between doctor gave him medicine but motions were same watery now again I went to doctor he prescribed some antibiotics and asked me to give Meiji lactoless he is on bf3 I have tried giving him lactoless but he is not taking it he vomit that what to do

I'm sorry to hear that. Diarrhea or vomiting on starting a type of milk means it does not suit your child. You will have to find another lactose free formula and try it but make sure to stop these new forms of milk till your child has recovered.
