Menstrual Cycle

I've been having problems with my menstrual cycle. Each month I got my period but the cycle can be 28-40 days it’s not the same week each month. I took 4 pregnancy tests all negative and I did an ultrasound too. Everything is fine regarding my ovaries. But I just hadn’t gotten my period yet and it’s going 39 days now. Any help? I’m trying to start a family but it’s been hard since I don’t have a Consistent cycle.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would recommend you consult a gynecologist preferably one who specialises in fertility. You need to get your hormones tested and readjusted and treated and then your cycles will be normal and you can conceive.
