Menstruation cycle problem

I had intercourse with my husband on 19 july, while intercourse I had some bleeding .. my periods date was 23rd july .. but still I have no periods. I did pregnancy tests but it shows negative .. what should I do ?

Dear Patient,

Is this your first time with your husband? If so, or if you are newly married, some bleeding and period delays are expected.
If a home urine test came negative you can perform a Blood Beta HCG test. These are accurate and if it comes negative this means you have no chance of currently being pregnant.
