Migraine Problem

I usually get migraines 3-4 times a month, but since the past few months I have been getting headaches. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism (levels slightly elevated) after I noticed my hair was falling out more than usual annuts etc triggers the allergy. I have been to dermatologists but could not find permanent cure. How to treat food allergy?
