Milk Advice

Dear Patient,

Are you sure they are crying for milk? Many people assume the kids are crying for milk but sometimes it's due to gasses, or Colic pain. You should visit a child specialist to be sure. However, before each feed give your kids tummy time for 10mins and bend their knees to stomach in slow but gentle circles to help release gases and get their gut moving.
Once you make their milk make sure to position your kids correctly and release all air from the nozzle to avoid introducing more gas in their system (videos are available on YouTube). Burp them after each feed. See if this helps. Notice if the crying is at a fixed time and is inconsolable. If so then it's Colic in nature.
