Miscarriage and postpartum depression

I am going through a really bad postpartum depression. I miscarried twins in 24th week with bicornuate uterus. Their water bag got leaked and my TLC range went up to 20,000. Can bicornuate uterus bear a healthy pregnancy? I am too stressed and feel too alone so really need some hope. Secondly, kindly any gynecologist guide me and help me to get out of this fear .I really want to have healthy full term pregnancy.

My Dear Patient,

This is a very challenging time for you and you need not just a good gynecologist but also a good psychologist(not the one who gives you meds, the one who can emotionally support you and listen to you in this time), kindly consider meeting one to help you. A bicornuate uterus doesn't affect your chance of conceiving, tho it increases your chance of miscarriage/early delivery but it isn't impossible to deliver a normal baby with the help of a good doctor God willing. C sections are often recommended. So you can conceive and delivery healthy live babies. Please meet with any one of these.
