Muscle Cramps

I usually have muscle cramp in calf muscle at night which is very painful. but a few days ago I had it in left calf at around 4 am... but with the onset of pain, I fainted immediately my eyes were open and my body hardened this condition remained for 10 to 12 secs it was a total blackout for me.... afterward I had some faint sounds in my ears. The very next day I was feeling light-headedness for the whole day. what could be the reason? Is there anything to worry about??

I'm sorry to hear that. Seems like you have severe weakness. Were you experiencing heavy periods/diarrhea/not eating well? How much water do you have daily? Kindly check your bp and pulse and take one sachet of ORS daily for 2-3 days when you feel this way again. Make sure to regularly take 14-16 glasses of water, take one fruit daily and eat some salad regularly. Make sure to have water whenever you wake up at night.
