Muscular Pain

Asked for Female, 33 years

I am 28 years old, mother of a 2 months old baby boy. He, these days don't sleep at night and wants me to keep him in my lap all the time at night. I feel pain in my neck, shoulders, shoulder blades, and upper back when I have to sit for long hours and feed him. what should I do to prevent this muscular pain? Thanks

Kindly test your vitamin d levels and attach a photo of it in your next query. Take Osnate D for 6 weeks once daily. Take fefolvit once daily for 6 weeks. Keep the child on a playmat/bouncer to rid him off of this habbit as soon as possible as holding child for long will cause pain. If pain is unbearable take tablet ponstan forte when needed.
