Nappy Rashes

Asked for Male, 7 years

My one year old has nappy rashes which are really bad. Its been 5 days. First 3 days i tried to treat with sudocream and hydrozol. But the rashes kept getting worse. Then i started applying cutipro nappy rash cream. They are a little better now but i still wanted to confirm if its just rash and not other skin condition. Please help a worried mom here.
