No movement in pregnancy

My problem is that my 6 month starts now of pregnancy and I feel zero movements or 2 times little bit movement in the whole day. I'm too much worried is it ok or something to be worried. A half month before my anomaly scan was done in the 19th week it was ok everything was ok ALHAMDULILLAH. But now I'm worried why I'm not feeling normal movement as in my earlier 2 pregnancies thanks.

Dear Patient,

I'm sorry to hear this. It must be stressful for you. Try having a cold glass of water or some fresh orange juice that's cold, usually, some mother's find that helpful in making the baby move. The baby may be asleep in the day time so note movements at night. Also, ask your doctor for a kick chart and maintain it for your peace and do visit her for an opinion as well.
