Noisy Breathing

I have twins 9 months old, one is fine alhmdulliah but second one have noisy breathing issue after 20 days of his birth. I visted many hopitals but after many tests they said he is fine, breathing will be normal after 9 months age. but still having same issue, otherwise he is also a active baby issue is only noisy breathing while he is sleeping and sometimes when he awakes also. Need your kind and valuable suggesions what I should do.

Dear Patient,

If breathing is noisy the first thing doctors do is hear his chest using a stethoscope. If need be they order an Xray. If both show things to be normal then we advise keeping a humidifier in the baby’s room, putting two drops of Norsaline nasal drops before bed in each nostril. You can also nebulize the baby with saline or give him steam in a small room full of steam (not directly from a pot). These should help him breathe easily/softly.
